We have a Full Moon in Cancer on Thursday January 12, 2017 at 6:34am EST. Meanwhile the Sun is still in Capricorn until January 19th, then it moves into Aquarius. Since a Full Moon is always opposite of the Sun, it is said to be opposing the Sun.This creates tension and illuminates a situation that we need to look at. In other words, we have the chance to see what is normally hidden in our subconscious. This allows us to deal with the situation consciously.
The Moon in Cancer, opposing the Sun in Capricorn, is asking us to look at our inner world (family and home), and see how we can be more in alignment with our outer world (job, career and responsibilities). This is where our morals, ethics and values come into play. Things to ask yourself: Do I believe in what I am doing and why I am doing it? Is this lifestyle, job, etc. in alignment with who I am? Is it moving me in a direction that I want to go, or is it taking me off course?
Mercury has finally gone direct, but it is still in shadow. This means that this is the perfect time to plot and plan. You may even be compelled to apply for that job or put an offer in for that house. For others, if you are getting clear signals to stay put, honor those signals. If you feel indecisive or don’t feel good about making a decision, then don’t make one. I say this because there may be some information that may come to you by the end of the month that may influence your decisions.
This is a brand new cycle with brand new energy! We are moving out of the fear of the unknown, and are being shown the reality of what is. This is a very powerful time for manifesting, so it is best if your intentions are pure. Be open to what your intuition is telling you right now, go with your gut, and trust your heart.
